Asante Kotoko have announced the sacking of its head coach Maxwell Konadu.
This follows the club's home defeat to Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League outstanding fixture on Thursday.
In a release the club thanked the experienced trainer for the period he worked with them.
The club statement read,"Management of Asante Kotoko Sporting Club wishes to inform the general public that it has decided to part ways with Coach Maxwell Konadu as its Head Coach with immediate effect.
In the interim, Coach Johnson Smith has been appointed to lead the team in its technical direction".#ThankyouCoachMax
